Date: Wednesday, November 6, 2024 Time: 7:00 AM EST Duration: 10 minutes to 1 hour
Purpose: A database upgrade will be performed to enhance performance for Black Friday/Cyber Monday (BFCM). During this time, the Text platform may experience a temporary outage, which could last from ten minutes to up to one hour. We have scheduled this maintenance for 7:00 AM EST, a time typically experiencing lower platform activity.
Expected impacts during the maintenance window: Auto Replies: Delayed but retried (including "STOP" unsubs). Typed Opt-ins: Attempts during maintenance will error out and won’t retry; users will need to retry after maintenance. Mobile One Touch (MOT) and Text to Join (TTJ) Triggers: Delayed but retried after restoration. Behavioral/On-Demand Sends: Delayed but processed when maintenance ends.
Note: Please avoid scheduling on-demand sends from 7:00 - 8:00 AM EST to prevent delays.
