On September 1, 2026, from approximately 11:26 AM to 11:55 AM ET, our upstream cloud infrastructure provider (Google Cloud Platform) experienced an outage (https://status.cloud.google.com/incidents/J5ia5t9p3g9Q5Wi7r8Ev) that disrupted our sending service. During this window, a large portion of email and text sends were not delivered. We were able to recover a small number of welcome and behavioral sends; the remaining sends from this window could not be recovered. Service has fully recovered and sends are operating normally. We apologize for the disruption.
