Our Engineering Team has implemented a fix and is seeing positive results. We are actively monitoring to confirm the issue is fully resolved for all impacted clients. It was discovered that the incident primarily affected clients with feeds scheduled to process at the top of the hour. Due to processing times, we expect to confirm within the next hour whether the issue is fully mitigated. We will continue to provide updates as soon as additional information becomes available.
